Note: The Visual Consistency Builder is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. All sales are final. For your statutory EU withdrawal rights (which are separately waived at checkout for digital products), see our Withdrawal Policy.
1. No Refunds Policy
Because the Character System grants immediate access to a digital product upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or partial credits once access has been granted. By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand the nature of the product and agree that all sales are final.
2. Technical Defects
If the product is technically defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at contact@vikkisky.com. We will work with you in good faith to fix the problem. Where a defect cannot be remedied, any refund granted on a discretionary basis will be processed via Stripe to your original payment method.
3. Statutory Rights
Mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected by this policy. Where applicable law requires us to issue a refund, we will do so — processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
