Refund Policy

Note: This Refund Policy describes Paddle's process for handling refund requests as Merchant of Record. For your statutory EU withdrawal rights (which are separately waived at checkout for digital products), see our Withdrawal Policy.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your order. Refund requests are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To submit a request, visit paddle.net or contact us at contact@vikkisky.com.
2. Two Types of Refund Situations
(a) Technical Defect
If the product is technically defective and we cannot resolve the issue, you receive a full refund. Please contact us first at contact@vikkisky.com so we can attempt to fix it.
(b) Other Refund Requests
If you have already waived your withdrawal right at checkout (which is required for instant access to digital products), refund requests outside of technical defects are handled at Paddle's discretion as Merchant of Record. Submit such requests through paddle.net.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. You will not incur any fees as a result of a refund. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
