Withdrawal Policy & Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

…of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Loss of Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content

In accordance with § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

(a) we have begun performance of the contract after you have:

• expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, AND
• acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance, AND

(b) we have provided you with confirmation of this consent on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

By checking the consent box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that all three conditions are met. As a result, your right of withdrawal is waived and the purchase becomes final upon delivery of access to the digital product.

The Consent You Provide at Checkout

When purchasing the Identity Lock System, you are required to actively check the following consent box before payment can be processed:

• Active — the checkbox is never pre-selected
• Documented — your consent is recorded with timestamp and consent text version
• Confirmed in writing — you receive an order confirmation email containing this consent statement on a durable medium (§ 312f BGB)

By providing this consent and completing your purchase, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under § 356 (5) BGB. The contract is fulfilled the moment access to the digital product is granted, and the purchase is final from that point onward.

4. Refunds Outside the Withdrawal Period

All sales are final once access has been granted. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or change of circumstances.

Exception: If the digital product is technically defective and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact contact@vikkisky.com with a description of the issue.
